EXCHANGES

We will gladly exchange any item within 30 days. Simply email or call XPO StreetFighter, Inc with an explanation and we'll make arrangements for the return of the item. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the shipping of the returned item back to XPO StreetFighter, Inc. We do not accept return merchandise shipped COD. Upon arrival and inspection of the old item, we will promptly ship your new item back to you for free. Please note, exchange items must be in their original, new, unused, unworn condition and must include all original undamaged packaging and instructions as well as all tags. Package the returned items properly. When shipping merchandise back to us, please wrap the part(s), place in a sturdy box and secure with tape. Do not leave the part(s) loose in the package. Parts scratched or damaged in return shipping due to inadequate packaging will not be accepted. Failure to follow this instruction may result in additional charges and/or refusal of your return. Additionally, our exchange policy does not include sale items or special ordered parts.

RETURNS

You may return any unused item(s) within 30 days for an exchange or refund. Please be aware that all returned items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Use the original carton and pack the merchandise securely. Again, Package the returned items properly. When shipping merchandise back to us, please wrap the part(s), place in a sturdy box and secure with tape. Do not leave the part(s) loose in the package. Parts scratched or damaged in return shipping due to inadequate packaging will not be accepted. Enclose the invoice with a brief explanation for the return/exchange. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the shipping of the returned item back to XPO StreetFighter, Inc. We do not accept return merchandise shipped COD. We DO NOT accept returns on any Special ordered items(i.e. European ordered specialty parts). Please call us if you have any questions in regards to specialty parts before ordering. DISCLAIMER

XPO StreetFighter, Inc. does not recommend or condone the use of any parts sold by us for use in any illegal riding or behavior. Any stunts referenced are performed by professionals on closed courses under supervision of safety personnel and should not be attempted or recreated under any circumstance. You, the rider, solely assume all responsibility for damage or destruction to yourself, your property or the property of others. Moreover, Motorcycles can be dangerous. XPO StreetFighter, Inc has no control over the usage of any part. XPO StreetFighter, Inc. expects their customers to exercise good judgement as to the proper selection, installation, use and maintenance of any part. XPO StreetFighter, Inc. assumes no responsibility for damage or injury of any kind because of the misuse or improper application of any part in any way by any person. XPO StreetFighter, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages whatsoever. By purchasing parts from us you agree to these terms and statements.
